Bloom Charter Law Association was founded in 2015 and represents a diverse clientele in a variety of different legal areas.  The firm has vast experience working with new businesses and entrepreneurs, assisting them in all aspects of business law matters, such as business entity formation/dissolution, and other transactional matters.  The firm also actively represents both plaintiffs and defendants in dispute resolution and civil litigation proceedings, including all phases of litigation and trial. 

Additional practice areas include education law and work with public charter schools, employment law matters, landlord-tenant and commercial lease disputes, contract drafting and related transactional work, as well as a broad spectrum of intellectual property rights projects involving trademark and copyright issues.
